Patti hit the ground running with the listing of my house. She took care of any and all details as if it was simple to her...and I am sure it was not all simple and easy. I am also a Realtor (for many years) and I'm aware of how things work. I was unable to have the listing to my house as it was a legal matter (divorce). She kept things very professional as she worked through the process. I received a full price and terms offer w/I 24 hours and closed in 30 days. As an experienced agent, I'm not sure that I could have done a better job than she did. Thank you for going WAY beyond the call of duty Patti!!!

Patti sold my personal home and also our company's spec home in the middle of the initial covid outbreak. Her marketing was fantastic, she is available 24/7 and her network of other agents, decorators, appraisers and repair help puts her services over the top. I would not ever use another agent than Patti Gilman!
