Heather Shields and Leslie Heindel of Be New Orleans are top notch. They are patient yet firm. They give solid advice and are available almost 24 hours a day to answer questions, calm nerves and keep the process moving forward. I trust them implicitly. They came highly recommended so I used them to sell my mom's condo, then I liked them so much I hired them to sell my complicated house and plan to use them to buy another house.
Heather and Leslie were able to sell our first home during a difficult time in the housing market as a direct result of their hard work and determination. They helped us purchase our new dream home by working closely with the seller. The seller had opportunities to sell to others. We are convinced our seller kept the house for us because of the strong working relationship Heather and Leslie built with the seller. Selling and buying at the same time can be extremely stressful. Heather and Leslie were able to make it fun. Their constant communication with us was excellent and much appreciated. We will always be grateful for their efforts.
We interviewed at least 4 agents and called several others before we decided on Leslie Heindel. Looking for a home can be stressful. Leslie and Heather made it easy and fun. They were able to get information on the houses and neighborhoods we were looking that, which we never would have found on our own. They provided helpful feedback, and we never felt pressured to make a decision but supported when we were ready to do so.
