Cristina and I met under unusual circumstances: I was trying to sell my home myself, and she offered to help, free of charge, under no obligation. Trying to sell your house yourself is stressful, and she was an ear to listen, a brain to pick, and a shoulder to lean on, even though she wasn’t going to get a commission from me. Soon we were under contract, and after that deal fell through, I decided to use an agent the second time around, so I chose Cristina. I could not have made a better choice. She got to work immediately, having my house cleaned, photographed, a 360 tour, a videographer, the works. Her entire team was amazing and showcased my house better than I could have ever imagined.
