When I state best realtor I mean it. I had such a positive experience with Christie and I would highly recommend her to any and everyone looking to buy or sell a home. Her expertise in the market was evident within the first few moments of meeting with her. Not only did she get my home sold but turned around and got me into the home of my dreams. She phenomenal at what she does and takes her business serious and will do everything in her power to make the transaction run smoothly. She took the time to understand my preferences and what style was preferred. She took it a step further and provided support beyond the transaction. She also demonstrated excellent problem-solving skills when an issue arose with our home inspection. She quickly negotiated with the sellers to have the necessary repairs made before the down payment was needed. She also had the repair re-inspected within a day of the seller informing her it was fixed. Another problem was during the time I was selling my home I was going through a very rough break up and I needed help due to my ex not cooperating on certain aspects and her and her husband helped me with various items without hesitation. I couldn’t be more grateful for both of them; they are simply put amazing people. Once I moved into my temporary living situation she was quick to turnaround and help me look for my next home. She is very professional and was truly such a blessing to work with. She helped me understand the pre-approval process and got everything started so quickly so when I was ready to go I would get what I wanted without hesitation. Not only did she list our property locally but also outside of the area, which paid off with the vast majority of potential buyers being from out of town. The eventual buyer was from over 100 miles away. Her mass social media marketing paid off! You won't find this with your 'local realtor'. The few local realtors who attempted to show the property couldn't even see that there was a solar system on the house. Being that both realtors were from out of town, shows how limiting some local realtors are. 100% satisfied with Christie Limpus! Highly recommend.
