Kathrin Egner was amazing to work with. We found her while stationed in Hawaii and we're getting ready to PCS to Fort Stewart GA. Despite the big time difference, she kept us in the loop and updated us with all the new listing. When ever we would find a property we were interested in, she would either go to the property and do a zoom call to tour it or send us a video of the tour within less then 24hrs. Sometimes within the hour. She help us find our home and she took care of the whole process. They day we moved to GA was the day we signed for the home and we moved in the same day. Once I retired out of the Army and it was time to move back home, we immediately contacted Kathrin. I didn't trust anyone else but her to sell our property! She made the process so easy and stress free. She had a list contractors ready for when it came time to fix up the house. Once it was listed and we moved out of state, her and her assistant Amanda made sure the property was looked after by checking on it and seeing if it needed lawn care!
