We worked with Kathrin during our recent home selling process. While there were some positive aspect such as hiring professional photographers and keeping an updated timeline, we ultimately felt that communication could have been much stronger. There were several instances where we found ourselves unclear on next steps or waiting longer than expected for updates. We also hoped for more assertive representation in negotiations and advocacy on our behalf. We understand that every transaction is different and that the real estate market can be challenging, thus we are still thankful to Kathrin that our home sold quickly.

I moved to the area a year ago and I had flown out here a couple months prior to look at homes. I was shown around and looked at many options but ultimately didn’t find what I liked. Due to time constraints I went ahead and rented a home but knew I wanted to buy at the end of my lease. So, we started the hunt all over again a few months prior to lease expiration. Again, I was shown around and my questions answered. I was a long drawn out process and picky with what I wanted, but I never felt rushed and I felt Kathrin understood my desire to get exactly what I wanted and was patient with me. From start to finish, Kathrin was extremely proactive in listing the property, updating us on the status, and working to get offers. We quickly had an offer and as soon as we did, she created a detailed timeline displaying all the steps to the process - labeling what we were responsible for as the sellers. Her communication was incredible throughout the closing process. She handled more things than we realized a real estate agent could handle, leaving us to only have to perform a few tasks before closing. I diligently searched the internet for an exceptional real estate agent and found one that I could easily communicate with and was willing to assist me in selling our home. She actually came to meet my wife and I, did a thorough walk through of your house and offered to be our seller's agent. She is very proactive scheduling the initial photo shoot for the actual listing and provided us with an extensive packet on how to stage things for the photographer. She guided us through the process, step by step and either met or texted us frequently on the progress of our eventual sale. She active provides email timeline updates and leaves no stone unturned. She's familiar with most area contractors and can actively enlist them to do the necessary repairs in order to close the sale. I admire her outgoing character, friendly attitude and her wealth of home selling knowledge. In all my interactions with realtors over the past two decades, this young woman proved to me that she's the best real estate professional that I've enjoyed the pleasure to meet and work with to finalize our home closing.
