Kathrin did a great job through the whole home buying process. I had to put an offer on a home before even seeing it and she made the process very easy. She sent homes to me that were in my price range and did virtual walkthroughs of that I wanted to see. She was extremely responsive throughout the whole process. I was using the VA loan to buy the house and she has been through the process many times and already seemed to be on the same page as me with pricing and negotiation. She is an extremely helpful real estate agent who doesn’t stop caring after the deal closes. I had a plumbing issue a week after closing and she helped call plumbers in the area to help get it fixed. If you are interviewing for a relator, then you can stop now. Kathrin Egner is the best at what she does. She is personable yet professional, honest without being condescending, and above all she is extremely knowledgeable in her field. She sold our home and I wish we would have found her sooner because she would have been the person, we would have bought our home from. In the short time that we have known Kathrin she has become a person in which my family trusts, we value her opinion and plan on working with her again in the future. She will not steer you wrong.
