When I left GA I rented the house using Kathrin as the property manager, and just like before everything went smoothly. Whatever issues that came up with the house she would notify me immediately, not only that she would point me in the right direction on how tho fix the problem and who I should use to fix the problem. I recently sold the home, again using Kathrin as the listing agent and she got me more than what I thought I'd get for the home.
