She also took extra covid precautions as we viewed houses together. When we found the house we purchased we moved through her clearly explained timeline to make sure we were checking off every box needed. Angie helped us negotiate our closing agreements and she was available for texts and emails anytime with questions we had. As with selling & buying a house, it can be stressful getting everything that needs to be done here and there, with Inspections and showings and repairs with things, but she was always right there at every aspect to make sure we met our goals. We can't thank her enough how smooth she has made this process go. And she sold our house faster than you wouldn't believe. We have sold and bought years ago in the past and have had good realtors, but this time it isn't even close. We won't be looking for a realtor down the road, she's the one. Angie was so impressive throughout the home buying and selling process. We decided to buy a house and get our house on the market within two days. She jumped to show us houses and have contacts she trusted and recommended us to use throughout. (loan officer, inspectors, electrician, contractor) I cannot say enough about how much she knew and she helped us talk through anything and everything. No question was a silly question and she was on top of it all. I loved her write up of our house and I swear it helped is sell in less than 24 hours!!!
