On August 23rd 2021, I enlisted Melanie Cauchon of MyCapeCodRealty.com Melanie Caychon Real Estate to list my house at 28 Quail Hollow Road in Brewster Massachusetts to sell my property. Melanie was very knowledgeable, professional and enthusiastic and encouraging about about the house. She assisted me step-by-step. When an emergency arose she was very helpful, sympathetic and compassionate. My house was sold and closed within a month. All went very smoothly. I would definitely recommend her!

My experience was mixed at best! Although we had a quick turn around from listing to offer the offer we accepted was $5000.00 lest than asking. Even with the reduction Melanie later contacted me on behalf of the. User seeking an additional $2000.00 reduction because of delays with the septic system installation and landscape clean up! This was very disappointing given we had a fully executed Purchase and Sales agreement for a firm price! This was also disappointing given I had an executed agreement that Melanie was to be the sole representative of the seller !! Against my attorneys advice I agreed to the further reduction as a show of good faith given the buyers representation they were anxious to move in to their “dream house”. This also proves to be wrong given they flipped it in less than a year!
