Melanie was terrific! She did everything and I did not have to do anything! I live 2 hours from Cape Cod and I was house bound. She was so considerate. She provided us with all the contact information for the utilities and insurance companies with who to call and what to do. Word of mouth which is generally the best way to go, huge help.
