When I received an email to write a review for Melanie I was actually nervous because words can not explain what an amazing person Melanie is. So let me try to explain how a realtor changed me life. The first home that we looked at seemed so amazing! Two homes on one property that I thought I would be able to use as an income property. After Malanie looked into every detail on the property including speaking with the town. She informed me that the house couldn't be used as a multi family due to zoning. So she saved me from making a huge finincal mistake. Shortly after that disaster Melanie didn't give up. We found a home that was actually on a auction website. So we placed a bid and waited. At 10pm i watched the last minutes of tha auction and that was it we won! Now it's 10:02pm Malanie called to say congratulations! So now I own the home of my dreams for an unbelievable price! All of this would never of been achived without Melanie Cauchon! Melanie if your reading this thank you for everything.
