Chris has provided 1x pricing comparisons for all 4 properties. These have provided listing prices that have been pretty accurate or slightly conservative. The listings have been good and have provided multiple viewings and multiple offers. He has managed the negotiations with my involvement as needed. All in all everything I was promised and expected.

Selling our mom’s houses after she passed was a very emotional and overwhelming experience for my family. Chris was very compassionate, patient and professional through every step of the process.
