It was a great experience working with Joe from the very start of our house-buying experience through closing and beyond! We couldn't have asked for a better agent who was there for us as buyers at all stages of the process! We decided early we would like a house that was just being built so we could be a part of the decisions from the start. Joe was able to take us through some other newly built homes and connect with a builder and their agent so we could know our options. He helped us negotiate things into our contract that were outside of the standard building inclusions. When it was time to make decisions he worked with the other agent and builder to ensure that we were providing them with our selections and following up to ensure that everything was being done correctly. He brought up things we did not think about when making our selections that really helped us make the best decisions. Joe took the time to explain things to us since we were both new to this process, and he was always very responsive and available, which put us both at ease. We had some challenges with our bank (they were not as helpful as we hoped and made things more confusing), but Joe helped advocate for us and make sure that the bank was doing what they should so everything would go smoothly at the closing. Since it was new construction there were a lot of things on the "punch list" that were not fully complete at the time of our last walk-through. Joe made sure that these items were highlighted to the builder and there was an agreement that they would be completed properly within a certain timeframe. It was a relief having Joe there for our walk-throughs as he was able to identify details that we would have missed, just because he is so knowledgeable about homes. We highly recommend Joe as an agent! He is knowledgeable, kind, understanding, and attentive, and you just couldn't ask for a better person by your side during this experience!
