If you’re looking for a realtor that actually looks at you like a person and not a money sign, you’ve found the right one. Not only is she a pro at her job (wise in the area, lots of experience, etc) she will become your friend and extension of your family by the end. Ashley got our house under contract in less than a week in a buyer’s market. She takes the time to be thorough in her work so she gets you the best offer you can get for your house. On the buying side, she is patient and respectful of your desires and does not try to sell anything you don’t love. We will truly miss her and if we ever move back, I can’t wait to work with her again! Bonus: she makes you the best chicken pot pie you will ever eat upon buying AND selling.
