Ashley was an amazing relator! I was stationed overseas when I reached out and she was able to help me even with a 14hr time difference. She also help walked me through the steps of buying a house for the first time and really helped with any concerns and fears I had. She stayed up late to reach out to made and made sure I was included in every step! I'm so lucky I found a great house for a great price in a great neighborhood and I know I couldn't have done it without her! Also her housewarming potpie is delicious.

I came to Ashley a complete basket case. My husband had already started a new position out of state and I needed to sell my home. I didnt want to so, my attitude was negative. There was so much to do, I had no idea what to do or where to start. There were repairs and refreshing to be done and with the short notice move, I was stressed beyond stressed. Ashley met with me and my husband, he was on the phone, and told us that she already had some figures and some ideas to get us through the whole process. Once we got done with the initial conversation Ashley sat with me as I cried and then told me it was going to be ok and I believed her. I thought I had to do all sorts of things to make ready, Ashley had someone come in and give us a professional view of what was needed and wanted. She also advised me that there were programs that would get the important items done and we could pay for it at closing. There were a lot of bumps in the road, schedule issues and life got in the way. I am a very impatient person and hard to rein in, Ashley would take my panic attacks and panicking phone calls in stride. She talked to me, texted me and came by often to check on me. Not the house or work, she checked on me! She encouraged me and gave me a boost when I needed it. At the end....the house looked great and the sign went up in the yard. Even when the first contract went south, Ashley explained how things worked and we moved forward again. She let me make decisions and i trusted her to give me guidance that was good for me, not for her commission. My house sold and we were able to get on with our move to a new place. All this was in spite of me. I had experience with Ashley when we moved to the Springs. She was the agent that helped us buy the house she helped us sell. She went into helping me sell this house knowing I was a bit high maintenance. And she gave us 110%. AND she makes the best chicken pot pie for her clients!
Ashley was recommended to me from a friend in Denver. My home had plumbing issues and I was aware of that, however it was all I was aware of. She made all the right suggestions to pay to have it inspected to hopefully catch things ahead of time. Then recommended the perfect solution to a 23 yr old kid with little to no money. Apply for a program that fixes your home up to no cost of you initially (it comes off the top of the sale) which helped my home go from being listed at ROUGHLY 300k to 400+k. She is realistic with her expectation management and never just told me things i wanted to hear. Not unless she knew for a fact or within 90% certainty. Things things helped to mitigate my stress as i was pcsing to be a drill sergeant within a month. If you’re with Ashley, your about as safe as safe comes.

Ashley Candler was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire home buying process. She flexed her schedule as needed to accommodate our needs because we currently live in Japan. Her access to loan officers, home insurance agents and inspection companies allowed us to stay ahead of the game and remain prepared to execute once our offer was accepted. 10/10 would recommend her to anyone!
Ashley helped us purchase our first home and she was great! She gave us great insight about what to look for, helped us navigate around the area as we looked for houses, and finally found our new home.
