As a first time home buyer, I was a little nervous about the process, but Laura quickly put me at ease with her calm, professional, and friendly demeanor. One thing that really impressed me was her astute understanding of our preferences based on our feedback and being able to translate that into home recommendations. Laura was, quite honestly, fantastic. We selected her in large part because of her prior reviews on Zillow. And she did not disappoint one bit. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the process and in working for our best interests. And I'll note that she was met with a particularly challenging buyer and lender on the opposite side of the transaction.
