Marzena knowledge of not only real estate but of building cost & codes went a long way in deciding what to fix or let be. Her communication was immediate even at times when she was on vacation. At the closing the buyer decided the spare refrigerator in the basement did not signify vacancy even though the agreement stated all appliances as is - Marzena sprung into action and got it removed within an hour so we could prove the property vacant.
