This is our second time working with Tammy. She helped us purchase our first home and now she helped us sell it. Our second experience with her was just as good as the first. She helped us get our house ready to go on the market and gave us a lot of valuable info on how to get the house looking the best it could. She did a lot of marketing to get our house out there to potential buyers. She is very responsive and responds in a timely manner and will kindly answer any questions you have. Tammy is the best! She is very knowledgeable and professional. We were first time Sellers and she helped make it a great experience. She is always optimistic and goes above and beyond. She gives great advice and priced our house perfectly. After only 2 days on the market we accepted an offer! I highly recommend her and look foward to working with her again in the future. Thank you Tammy!!

This was the first time buying a house, and we were very blessed to work with Tammy! Even with the research about house buying and the researching properties in the area, there is no way to know everything. Unless you're Tammy. She was incredibly attentive to what we told her, and was able to help us at our own pace to go through the process. Tammy has a way of remembering every detail about what we told her we wanted. She was able to pick out every pro and con to the houses we looked at, based on what we had told her, even things from our first meeting. The house we ended up buying is perfect for us. Tammy was able to guide us through the process, and surprisingly gave us more and information about the process than the mortgage company or any other party involved. When or if we buy again we will be looking for Tammy. In the meantime, we will be recommending her to anyone who is even thinking about getting a home. Very very happy with Tammy!

We were VERY please with Tammy through our whole selling process. She was thoughtful and made us feel comfortable throughout the process. I would recommend her on for anyone buying or selling in the area. She is a friend for life, we appreciate her and everything that she did for us. She is an excellent communicator (even at 11pm - when needed, lol) and provided us everything we needed. Selling a home is stressful at times, but she made it very easy.

Tammy was amazing - and she knew how to keep me calm when I got stressed out about the whole process. She told us we needed to go on the market sooner than later - and she was right! We had three full priced offers within 4 days of listing! And if Tammy tells you to put out red apples when you are marketing your home - do it! She was very knowledgeable and always made us feel important to her. We are relocating to another area, and she also found us an amazing realtor on that end too. I would definitely recommend using Tammy!

Tammy did a great job for us, getting a full price offer on our house in the dead of winter within four weeks. Exceeded expectations! Way to go, Tammy.
