As a first time home buyer, I had absolutely no clue what I was doing and was pretty scared. Tyanne was literally the best person that could have helped me through this process. I found my house and closed in less than 30 days. From the start of the process she would send me listings every day and would drive all over Central KY until I found what I wanted. She was a pleasure to work with - easy to contact, available and flexible to our wild schedules, and when the sale of our home did not take place as or when expected, she went the extra mile to hash through the details.
