Andrew helped us sell our then house and purchase our dream home, all while navigating us through difficult obstacles along the way. Any Realtor can handle smooth transactions, but not many have the expertise and determinism to negotiate with difficult sellers, manage logistical hurdles, and get the deal done, whatever it takes. Andrew has since assisted our son with two home sales and our daughter with a home purchase. We wouldn't use anyone else in the Lake Norman area.
