They felt more like teammates then agents at many points. Every aspect of this process went well. Most important to me, he had the patience to listen while I 'talked myself through the process'. He was instantly able to gauge our level of comfort with housing terms and jumped right into the material that was important to us. He was instrumental in negotiating our offer terms so that the seller went with us even though we were not the highest value. Andrew then suggested a team of lenders and contractors that had all of our work done at least a week before our 30 day closing date. Very impressive!
