I transferred to Des Moines from Omaha last year while the housing market was booming. Dawn was referred to me by my bosses wife who does Mortgage closings. While inventory was very limited, Dawn worked hard to find us houses in our preferred area to view. We had some painting work to be done before moving in and being from Omaha we were not familiar with painting contractors on a short notice. Dawn contacted a General Contractor that she works with and got him lined up for us, he was able to get the painting done on short notice. We also ran into an issue with a thermostat as soon as we moved in. I called Dawn and she was able to give me the name of a AC guy who came out and got that fixed as well.
