From our first meeting with Danny, he makes you feel very comfortable as he is very down to earth. He explains EVERYTHING, which we were not knowledgeable on any aspect of the selling market, as we were not USA citizens, but Danny was amazing, and he never made us feel less important just because we weren’t citizens of the USA. He has great communication skills as well. Anytime we called with questions, Danny picked up and/or called us right back. One time he was on vacation….and he still answered his phone for us! Danny did his magic again! We put in an offer that was not accepted but when the offer the other agent accepted fell through… we put an offer in again. We offered 30k less and she accepted it!!!
