Danny was absolutely amazing! We were having a lot of issues with our previous realtor. After receiving Danny’s information from a coworker, Danny showed up to our house the same day my wife called him. Not only did we not have any delays in listing our house, or getting pictures taken, we also sold our house for more money than our other realtor was willing to even list our house at. Danny went out of his way to make us comfortable and to reduce stress. Then after moving from Florida to Pennsylvania, Danny worked with our realtor here to make sure we had everything we needed to close on our new house. Lastly, Danny was amazing with our 6 month old son, three large dogs and two cats. If you are looking for a house in Jacksonville, Danny is definitely your man.

Danny was really good in the short time we needed him for. He was very knowledgeable. The communication was great! I would send him a message and it didn't take more than sometimes 5 minutes to get a reply back. Even through the difficult parts he showed empathy. The walk throughs that were done he spotted things I would have missed without him. Overall our experience was great and if I decided to ever go through it again, Danny would be number 1 on my list to call.
