From contract negotiations to inspection fixes, he was on top of everything and made sure our transaction was as smooth as possible. When we had a utility issue after close, he continued to work with us to get it fixed as quickly as possible and communicated with the sellers to make sure we still had lights and power available. I would definitely recommend him and Mike to everyone we know to help their dreams come true too!
