Full disclosure: I have been friends with Tricia for 40+ years. We went to school together grades 1-12, went to the same church, and hung out with the same group of friends for the most part. So I guess I might be a little biased, but Tricia deserves more than 5 stars! We worked with her to sell our home and to buy a new one. I have a brother and a cousin-in-law who are both realtors (and they are great!) but I wanted to work with Tricia because I knew she knew her stuff! She was professional yet fun, patient yet didn’t sugarcoat things if a house we liked had potential issues. She was so knowledgeable about many things that we wouldn’t have ever thought about (like the age of a furnace or A/C, the layout of the home, the direction a house faces, etc.). She was very accommodating and flexible with our schedule and always made herself available via text, phone, or email when I had a question (and I had MANY questions!). It was a PURE DELIGHT to work with her, and I’d recommend her to anyone, for any property they are selling or buying.
