We have known Tricia since 2013 and she has been with us through thick and thin. We didn't know much about owning a house in the US in 2013 and had a lot of constraints and financial limitations; however, Tricia did an awesome job of taking us to countless houses all over Salt Lake to find us our dream home in 2014. She went the extra mile to walk us through the paperwork and do the due diligence. We lived in that house for the last ten years. Even after we moved in, Tricia continued to check in from time to time. When we decided to move to Raleigh, NC we could think of no other realtor other than Tricia. Tricia is an amazing person. She worked hard with us to purchase a new house and sell our old house. She was go between for 2 very difficult buyers. She took the brunt of the nonsense from an inexperienced and obnoxious agent which led to a sale that fell through and helped us move on with the back off offer with minimal effort from us. Selling/buying a house is still stressful, but Tricia makes it as easy as possible.
