We where introduce to Tricia through a neighbor who lived across the street from the house we where renting. We had been asked to be out by the first of July, at the beginning of May by our landlord. Tricia hit the ground running as we had very little time really to look at homes plus the fact that I traveled for my work that added some obstacles. One the most important things I noticed about Tricia was her upfront honesty and her desire to accept a difficult challenge with the amount of time we had. She guide us through the hole process, we made several offers and got told no our offers weren’t accepted, at times as it felt impossible or our offer wasn’t good enough. Tricia never wavered one bit even when part of us had given up, Tricia stay focused on the big picture and help us through not giving up and keep our eyes on the prize, which was a home that we owned our selves. We finally put in an offer and got accepted after Tricia and I did some strategizing on the offer, where we had put a previous offer in on a home in that same neighborhood. After the offer was accepted we hit some minor road blocks caused by the builder and their selling agent trying to pull a couple of fast ones. At no time did Tricia’s professionalism waver or stoop to their level as Tricia represented us with world class second to none professionalism. During this whole process Tricia made us feel like family she had the desire to make the impossible, possible by her years of experience, her knowledge in real estate and most important her world class professionalism. Tricia also stay with in our budget and never made us put an offer on something that we did want to put an offer on. With that said I’m going to take a slogan from Lerner and Rowe. If your in the market for a new home or selling your home call the heavy hitter in real estate, call Tricia VanderKooi you won’t go wrong nor will you be disappointed Tricia will go above and beyond to get you what you want.
