Rachel has a large base of properties to choose from. But if there’s a property that you really want, she’ll figure out a way to make it happen. She’s friendly and easy to work with, but also a hard worker.

Rachel was amazing and made the entire process of buying our first home completely seamless. We felt comfortable and at peace throughout every step, and never felt like there were any points we didn’t understand. It was quick, easy, and so rewarding! We love our home and are so thankful that Rachel was able to help us every step of the way!

Rachel did everything right to make the selling process easy. She came recommended by the saleswoman/company who was building our home, and we quickly learned why she was so highly recommended. She employed a professional photographer to take photos of our house (including aerial shots with a drone) and wrote a fantastic description for online postings, leading to nearly 100 views and an acceptable offer in the first weekend. We had a very specific timeline (our new house was slated to be finished being built on a specific day) and she made sure everything lined up like clockwork. She also set a price and sold our house for more than we were expecting, based on her predictions about the neighborhood's future. Beyond all of this, she was a lot of fun to work with, being friendly and talking to us as if we were long time friends. She held an event providing baked goods of our choice for all of her clients last month, something that was above and beyond and not at all necessary (as this was after she had sold our house and gotten paid, proving how much she cares). We don't plan on moving for a long time, but if she is available, we will definitely use Rachel as our agent next time around and highly recommend her to everyone!

It was my first experience selling and buying a home at the same time and I sure appreciated Rachel during this time. She was so easy to communicate with and always available to answer my questions or drop everything to show me a home. We both have young children and she still always made time to answer my questions or communicate call/text/email with me, even at odd hours of the night!
