It was a quick and painless home purchase that made us excited to be purchasing a home. Krista will be our only choice if we purchase or sell a home in Pullman. It is clear she cares about what she does and the lives she changes. The inspector she referred us to was detailed, thorough and took pictures of every part of our home. We then determined a price that reflected my expectations for the sale of the house. She suggested a plan of marketing that would interest the target market. When offers came in, Krista explained why a particular offer was presented in the way that it was and if it was a solid offer.
