We spent a great deal of time choosing a Realtor. In all we interviewed 8 Realtors and after much study and consideration chose Ms. Lyne. We were impressed with her professionalism and realistic value of our home. Other Realtors' assessments of our house varied nearly $80,000 dollars from highest to lowest and other Realtors offered their estimate during our first meeting. Ms. Lyne initially met with us and toured our home. She soon brought us what we felt was a comprehensive market evaluation. We hired her that day and 12 days later we had accepted an offer to purchase our house. This happened in a market where the average number of days a house is for sale is nearly 6 months.
