I wasn’t sure what to expect as I had not used a real estate agent in many years. I chose Tina Hess based on recommendations of the Brighton Chamber of Commerce. I was told she was an expert in all things Brighton from a home to schools to local businesses and night life. After meeting with Tina I felt like I had known her my whole life. She truly went above and beyond in every aspect of the process. Buying and selling a home is such an emotion experience. Tina is very knowledgeable, very professional, treats you like you are her only client and was available to us morning noon and night. She is very passionate about her line of work and the clients she represents. She has business ethics beyond anyone I have ever worked with. We never felt like we were a transaction but like a member of her family. She was always looking towards our best interests above all. She found us a great home and after all was done I missed working with her. I would recommend Tina and her staff to anyone looking to buy a home.
