There were several boxes I needed to check before I would consider making an offer on a house, and I had significant financial limitations. Kristina brought me to see house after house after house, just for me to turn them down for one reason or another. She never once lost patience with me and she never quit on me. She always made herself available over text and phone, and answered all the questions I had as a first-time home-buyer. Perhaps most importantly, Kristina won my trust. There was at least one house I really loved that Kristina pointed out a significant issue with, and said she wouldn't allow any buyer to consider it. A lesser realtor would have seen an opportunity to make a quick sale and allowed me to go through with it. Kristina truly cares about her clients. After 8 months of looking, we finally found a house that suited my needs perfectly, and now I get to call it home.
