I cant say enough how great it was having Amanda as the Realtor to facilitate the selling of my sister’s home. It was a tough situation that Amanda walked into, as I live out of town and my sister had health issues that rendered her unable to help with anything, as she was in assisted living facility. Amanda not only stepped up to provide help with various services to prepare the home for sale; she also helped getting things cleared out as we went to close. Amanda made the entire sales transaction easy and seamless; she even went so far as to take the long drive several times to where my sister is now staying to sign docs, give her the check and much more. As a former Realtor myself, I know just how much Amanda’s efforts went WAY above and beyond what is customary and expected! She was the best I’ve ever worked with! A++++, can’t recommend her enough!

Amanda is bar far the best agent I have ever worked with. She is completely customer oriented and actually listnes to what you want and need. Going the extra mile is second nature to her and with me It may have been a couple extra miles. My sale was in the range I wanted and the new house fit my budget and needs well. I will always recommend Amanda to anyone who asks if I know a good realtor, knowing they will get a great one.
As an out-of-state real estate buyer, Amanda was extremely helpful along the way. We did a FaceTime walk-through and she pointed out all the small details about the property that could affect the sale, she got answers for all of my questions in great detail and that made the negotiations with the property owner much easier all the way through closing, would definitely use Amanda again for any future purchases or sales.
