We had Ben come to our house to do a market analysis. He was very professional and had a good understanding of not only our house but the neighborhood. He brings in a professional photographer to do pictures to put online. He has a good online presence, does his own open houses, and has a good list of contractors to fix anything that needs fixing. Ben is a super nice man who knows what he is doing. Listens to what you want and will go out of his way to make it happen. We found a house that we loved but our bid as rejected by the buyer. We kept on hunting for another house with Ben. We saw a boat load of other houses, another one met our desires and our bid was rejected. without our knowledge, Ben went back to the original house we bid on and negotiated a good deal for both sides. Need less to say, we are now in a new house and very happy. Ben is a winner in our eyes. We also consider him a friend as well. Can't go wrong with him.
