From the first phone call until the final closing day, Becky was incredible. She responded to every question I had in a very timely matter. As a first time buyer, I had alot of questions. Her knowledge of the market in so many different areas was amazing. I learned so much about homes, their structures, neighborhoods, school districts, what to look for and what to avoid. OMG, we our so grateful that we followed our first mind to call her. Our initial phone call was very professional, pleasant she was very knowledgeable/relatable with the information that she gave to us. Becky always seemed to be available anytime for calls, texts and even emails she never made a issue about us contacting her after hours, in fact she always suggested that if we needed anything to feel free to reach out to her. We had soooo many questions that we asked(I'm sure some were repeated questions). If she didn't have the answer she made sure she got the answer for you in a timely fashion. It helped for us that she was very detailed with explaining the housing/purchasing aspects and also gave lots of information on the homes that we choose to view. Becky was present through the process of finding our home, appraisal city inspection and with the closing. She would send out reminders of things that we needed to follow up with that on our end to complete the loan. Overall Becky was great she has a bubbly contagious kind of personality which we love. Becky was an excellent realtor. I could contact her at any time and she would answer my questions. She listed my house for more than I thought was reasonable. After several days of showing we got an offer so it was taken off. She handled the V A mortgage telling me what to expect right thru to the end when I got my check for the house.
