Though my purchase of land was brief from the buyers side she made herself available by the phone when I had questions. Effectively communicates using text, email, phone call. When I expressed need for paperwork she was able to get escrow to provide it. Would recommend Becki to others purchasing land or housing in the Big Bear Area.

I have used a few other agents in Big Bear and have used Becki Wheeler at RE/MAX Big Bear for selling two of my homes and for purchasing another home and have to say she is by far the best Realtor in Big Bear! When I listed my first home on June 1, 2019 she had the sign up the same day and the photographer over the next day. We had a full price offer and the home in escrow on June 10. My second home was listed on Aug. 2 and sold on Aug. 30, also for full price. The home I bought had some issues that the seller and agent tried to get out of taking responsibility for. Becki had tough negotiation skills and even showed up to video tape the plumbers comments on the issues. I would highly recommend Becki Wheeler for buying or selling, she is knowledgeable, a tough negotiator, a local expert and follows through with what she says.
