I had to sell my unfinished house in Big Bear Lake because of the contractor I hired did not finish building the house. I was looking for an agent in Big Bear and emailed Becki Wheeler for her opinion the best way to sell my house. She came over and did a survey and took notes about the house, the square footage, rooms, baths, garage, etc. She compiled her thoughts for listing the house and received numerous calls and later bids and found a qualified party interested in buying the unfinished house. She listed it for $450K and they offered $475K for the house. Escrow was to close March 7, but due to the snow storm it finally closed March 10. I am thankful for Becki's help listing and selling it in a short time, her attitude is professional, easy going, friendly, a good communicator and kept me informed of where the paper- work was during the entire time. I am so fortunate to have Becki Wheeler as my Realtor. We had a very difficult Probate transaction of a property that was already in foreclosure.
