In November 2020, I reached out to Lori Butterfield, as she was the listing agent for a house I was interested in. I was planning a move from SoCal and my needs were exacting. I contacted her via email to ask if she was available to show us homes over a short time frame I would be in town. She immediately replied, asking pertinent questions in order to find out what features I wanted. Her next email showed me several listings to look at online and we arranged to meet with her in a few days. When we arrived in the new location, she spent the next 4 days showing us nearly 20 different homes, some I found online or had driven by and wanted to see, and some she thought I'd be interested in. I had arrived with one type of home in mind, but with her expertise in long term value and understanding my needs as a single woman, she ultimately steered me toward another type of home and that became my final choice.
