Jeff helped me purchase a 3BR lakefront condo in Novi, MI. He is very courteous and accommodative. He was very straight-forward and did not give me any sales pitch. He was very prompt with any information that I requested. Everything went really smooth all the way through closing. What I most appreciated was that when I had a few obstacles during the mortgage approval process and sought his advice, he gave some very valuable suggestions and willingly followed up with the Processor on his own. The third time is a charm! and by that I mean Jeff was our third realtor in a year...the first one was overly aggressive and pushed us to make offers on home's we didn't like, even going as far as to tell us we had to just settle because not alot was available in our price range....the second was so busy with her personal life that when she did have time to show us homes we had to cram 10 or more into a few hours....then we met Jeff...I found a house on Realtor.com and he happened to be the agent....we met on a Sunday afternoon in March at that home and I knew instantly that Jeff would find us our first home! He was professional, respectful and attentive to what we wanted. From start to finish Jeff had our best interests at heart, he never pushed us to look at properties we weren't interested in, or couldn't afford and I am happy to say that just 3 months later we closed on our very first home....not only am I happy to refer Jeff to friends and family...I feel priveledged to call him our friend.
