Jeff and his entire team were really great to work with. We moved to the area from out of state and Jeff was happy to show us an incredible number of houses on our first trip to town even on one of the most beautiful late summer weather days I’ve seen. He gave us valuable and honest feedback to our questions, yet didn’t push us in any way. Definitely a no pressure approach. Ultimately, Jeff helped us achieve our 2 main goals: get into a specific school district and close on our new home before the school year began. It was no easy task because it was a pretty tight time frame and the house had to feel like a place we could call home. Jeff delivered from beginning to end, and his team stepped in and delivered in their areas of expertise as well. Jeff was recommended to us by a family member who has been friends with Jeff for several years. Now, we’re happy to call Jeff our friend as well.

My experience with Katy Karvola was AWESOME. I enjoyed meeting with her because she was so personable and friendly. I can tell she loves her job. Jeff was very helpful and informative along the complete process and provided cautionary information where appropriate. He provided weekly webcast with the status. When we went on vacation, he worked with the seller to extend the closing as needed.

He emailed us "new houses in your area for sale" updates right away & also made sure we saw the houses we wanted to either on the same day we asked or the very next day.
