I explained to Jayson the type of house I was looking for. He promised he would find it for me. And he did! I closed and moved into my new home in less than 30 days. Jayson is knowledgeable, super responsive and was very patient with me while I asked a million questions. If you are looking to buy a house or sell a house, Jayson is your guy!
I closed on this property in just about 30 days. There was a few things that were needed to be done to get this loan to but this multi family and Jayson was always in communication with me making sure we were at target for our date . Once again he delivered what he set out to do !

Jayson was very knowledgeable about the areas we looked in, and did a great job of selecting specific neighborhoods and properties that fit our wishlist. Everything was done in an extremely timely manner and communication was great throughout the entire process.
