See above) but I'll embellish. I called Jocelyn to get a market value of my lot. I thought going in it was probably about $30,000 but she thought at least $55,000, great! She listed it and sure enough within a few days had two people who wanted it so we had them increase the amount. I took $60,000 and closing in 30 days, amazing!. She let me know what was happening every step of the way. Without Jocelyn I probably would have sold it for $30,000 but because of her I made an extra $30,000. My experience with her could not have been any better. I'm so very happy with the results and I have more $ in the bank. You can't go wrong using her. Thanks Jocelyn!
