My wife and I worked with Cindy to downsize our home. After our first couple of meetings, Cindy seemed to really hone in on what we were looking for in a new place. The one thing we really appreciated was the fact that Cindy was not afraid to share her thoughts on a particular property and, when we found the "right place", she helped us develope the offer that ended up getting us our new home. When it came to selling our old home, Cindy visited and gave us numerous suggestions on how to present our home to garner the best offers out there. Cindy and her team did an excellent job of managing the promotion of my home’s marketing. My one negative comment is that she may depend on remote technology too much.
Cindy was totally knowledgeable about the real estate market of today. The was thorough and available even when she was on vacation she continually checked in with me to inform me about showings. She was sick when my closing was scheduled but she still called me with the closing info and called me again when the buyer closed her end.
