When we originally had her help us buy our home, she blew us away, but she one-upped herself when she had our home under contract within 24-hours of listing, for asking price. Patient, kind, honest, and knowledgeable in Real Estate. We used her as our buyers broker to find our first home together, and after a financial hardship, we had to back out in the middle of sales contract. She was completely understanding, and was always there to ensure we made it back on our feet. Fast forward a year later, she was ready and willing to give home buying a second shot, and was patient as we were having a little more difficult time finding the right place in the market. Finally, we found it, and at a steal of a price, we walked into our first home with equity. I'm so thankful for her help and time she spent with us. My wife and I highly recommend her.

Heather is the ultimate professional. Two other "big name" agencies put "For Sale" signs in my yard, but Heritage marketed my home. First she took REAL photos of my house, not just cell phone snapshots. Then she posted my house on every conceivable website - and the status emails I received let me know that it was working. When an out of state buyer put an offer on my house, she followed the process and did her best to make everything flow smoothly.
