He was also very knowledgeable about home construction and helped us notice potential issues as well as hidden bonuses in all of the houses we looked at. When it came time to make an offer, he and Karen did a wonderful job of helping us pick terms to offer. Once the offer was accepted, Karen was constantly on the ball with the selling realtor to make sure everything happened in time for our closing. She and Aaron were always available via e-mail, phone, or text and were always able to answer our questions and let us know what was happening at any given point during the process.
