Karen is very knowledgeable and will tell you what you need to do to sell your home. She is very honest, direct and "knows her stuff". We were going on a trip and told her we wanted to put the house on the market after we return. She disagreed with that....said she wanted us to get it ready before we leave because she was going to show it while we were gone. I thought that was an impossible task since we had lived there 31 years and the trip was in 2 weeks!! We did what she told us in "decluttering" and our house sold 48 hours after we left for the trip (2 days after it went on the market). The folks in her office are very professional and helpful.
