If there are things you can do to increase the value of your house or help it sell quicker, Karen will let you know. Trust me you will constantly have people wanting to view your house. If you are looking to purchase a house, Karen and her team will ensure you get the home you are looking for. When you decide on a house to view, usually it's Aaron who will show it for you. He is very knowledgeable about things to look for and can answer any question you have about the house. He will allow you to look without pressuring you or trying to persuade you in any way. He will point out issues he sees however, but will do so in a manner to inform you so you can make the best decision about the property. I'm a very picky home buyer. Karen and her team have always been patient with me, answered any questions I had and made sure I knew everything about any home I was considering to submit an offer on. They are honest and will not let you get into something they know you will be unhappy with. I can't be happier with my most recent purchase!
