A family member had referred Karen Blevins and her team to us as we embarked on moving from California to the Edmond area to be closer to family. Timing is always essential when trying to buy a house and Karen's insight into the Edmond market was of great value in planning the scouting visit. We came in on a friday afternoon, viewed/visited upward of 15 properties that weekend, placed a well thought out offer on only one property. That offer was accepted by monday and that was the easy part.
